THE ACCOMMODATION
Spaciouis and luminous accommodation spread over 3 floors. The groundfloor consists of entrance and independent apartment to the left. which includes a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, a large kitchen and salon which include sink and hob, fridge/freezer/washing machine, table and chairs for dining and sofa with TV and fireplace. Particularly beautiful double french doors open out onto the patio and garden.

The first floor comprises to the left a beautiful luminous lounge with 2 sofas, flat screen tv/DVD player. The kitchen and dining room is full of character with archway to divide and comprises cooker, fridge/freezer and two sinks.  Both the kitchen in the main house and the apartment includes in each:  microwave/kettle and toaster. The dining room has a large feature brick and beamed fireplace, dining table and chairs and beautiful display cabinet. French doors from the dining room lead directly onto the large terrace complete with terrace furniture. Access via wide steps from the terrace leads to the garden.

The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, beautifully furnished, each bedroom has two shuttered windows with wardrobes. One bedrom includes a further single bed, ideal for small children. There is a further bedroom with single bed and open shelf storage. The bathroom on this floor includes a bath, bidet, washbasin and toilet.

DISTANCES
Casa Ilci provides a famtastic base from which to discover not to be missed places such as Asissi, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto and Perugia – all within 45 mins. drive and the wonderful wine areas surrounding Montefalco, Lake Trasimeno and Cortona are 1 hour;s drive. . Located near the E-45 Superstrada close to all Umbrian destinations, and the A-1 Autostrada del Sole to Rome (1.5 hours) and Florence (2 hours), making it that perfect location to explore central Italy and all its rich cultural heritage. The railway station with trains to Perugia and Rome is 5 minutes drive.

TODI and environ
You will be amazed by its beauty – the piazza is classed as one of the finest in Italy and boasts two palaces, one a museum exhibiting fine art and antiques. There are many fine bars and restaurants to choose from and the many craft shops will be a delight. Todi hosts a very busy events calendar and all through the summer months many varying events take place such as craft and antiques fair, international hot air baloon event, alfresco concerts under the stars, live theatre and shows to name a few.
