Architecture and Design

The Resort has been designed as a small central core (about 12 acres) of the complex, like an island surrounded by greens of the golf course, the vineyards and the Tuscan landscape.  The 36 units have been designed to meet different touristic requests: from townhouses grouped in two buildings around a piazza,  inspired  by typical medieval squares, to the detached villas situated on the borders of the complex, suitable for luxury vacation.

The project joins traditional elements (tuscan terracotta floors, chestnut doors, and wooden – beam ceilings) to a modern concept design (with a central fireplace in the living room).
