Medieval Stone Townhouse near Lucca, Tuscany – NOW 150,000 euros

The medieval stone townhosue at Collodi has just been reduced by 50,000 euros from  200,000 euros to 150,000 euros.

 This house is an historic, circa 1450, stone house in an antique village above Collodi (the village of Pinocchio!), 15 km. from Lucca.

The house is spacious and sunny with wonderful vistas of rolling Tuscan hills, olive groves and the Pisan Mountain range.

The house is approx. 150sq.mt. with an inviting entrance hall and a large living room with a stone fireplace. There is a full bathroom on the same floor with a Jacuzzi and shower too. The tiles on the wall are all 10mm. ventian glass mosaic tiles.

Going up to the second floor there is a master bedroom size hallway/ dressing room and two master bedroom, one with hand hewn chestnut floors as well as a full bathroom with a shower and two windows overlooking Monte Serra and the hills of San Gennaro. The tiles were all hand made and painted in Sorrento.

On both the living room floor and second floor there are air conditioners with heat exchange features.The compressor is outside the house on the upper level, out of sight.

On the street level is a spacios dining room and kitchen. This floor features original exposed stone walls and Tagina terra cotta tile floors . There is a small bathroom situated under the open staircase leading up to the livingroom level.
